Assistant to Project Manager/Office Help

Job Description

•Work alongside the Project Manager as part of the Project Management Team
•Conduct administrative duties, such as printing quotes, filing, data entry, accepting deliveries, and job tracking.
•Candidate will receive on the job training
•In person - Office Hours - 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm
•Competitive Pay (dependent on experience, but begins at $16.00)

•High school diploma/GED required
•Strong verbal and writing skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer skills
•Highly organized and able to multitask
•High energy
•Able to lift 25 lbs.
•Able to work independently and as part of a team
•Able to work in office during designated office hours
